Can I get my health records in Chile?

Access to the full record scores 45 of 100 in Chile, against a median of 43 across 198 countries. Ley 20.584 Article 13 gives patients a free, complete copy of their record in a structured, portable format, but only on request to each provider. The national Portal Paciente shows vaccines, GES guarantees and waiting lists, not the clinical record.
